Just a Quick Update
To note that I am alive. I have a bunch of things to catch up on. Started a new job. Haven’t been to the gym in awhile, at least a week. =/ Gotta fix that…

Workout Log
I made it through maybe half, probably more like a third of my exercise class yesterday. It was really intense. I’m wondering, though, why I don’t sweat when I am physically active. My body seems to do it afterward. It’s a rather annoying bodily quirk, because it means that I overheat and am all nasty, but then also that my body doesn’t like me partway through my workouts.
I had a subway sandwich for dinner last night. Ate some tuna this morning for kinda-sorta lunch.
That’s about it for now. Counseling went well yesterday. I have a pretty decent gameplan.
Someone needs to teach me what’s wrong with my wordpress blog and why it won’t update to 3.0.1 though. =/ It seems like it takes foreverrrrr.
