15 minutes of cardio this morning on one of those eliptical things that don’t have bars. I’m starting my fitness journey today. There’s a class tonight at 6:30 that I’m going to to. The gym is actually not that crowded before 9:30, but when I was coming down to blog this, I saw a bunch of people coming through.
I had a McDonald’s breakfast burrito for breakfast this morning though. And still need to figure out how I’m going to work my eating plans around my schedule. It should be okay, soon, but yeah.
I’m off to go add fitness people’s blogs to my google reader and find out if there’s any fitness competitions to compete in near here. Probably will go do another 15-30 minutes of cardio soon. Need something to eat.
